Terms of Service

Centio.One brings physician-led care, clinical science, health intelligence, and continuing support together in a personalized membership. Care starts with understanding your concerns, history, goals, and whole-body health. Functional health, prevention, and primary and internal medicine form the foundation, with multi-specialty care added around your needs.

Your physician works with you to shape your plan, drawing on current evidence, appropriate advanced diagnostics, and AI-supported health intelligence. Licensed treating clinicians are responsible for clinical assessment, diagnosis, prescribing, treatment, and referrals. Your Care Partner supports coordination and follow-through between visits.

Centio.One can serve as your main medical practice or work alongside your existing physicians, with your permission. In-person care is planned in Manhattan, Boston, and Palm Beach, alongside virtual care where available. Access depends on your location, clinician availability, applicable licensing requirements, and clinical needs.

Core, Premium, and Concierge are individual adult membership options. Prices shown on this website are planned monthly starting prices. Before enrollment, you will receive the scope of your membership, fees, billing schedule, membership term, and renewal and cancellation terms in writing. Your enrollment agreement governs those details.

Each adult has their own membership, physician relationship, and care plan. Couples and adult family members may discuss preferential combined pricing with the team. Tests, imaging, medications, procedures, and external specialist or other third-party services may carry separate charges. The team will explain anticipated costs before you proceed.

Joining the waitlist opens an email to our care team. It does not enroll you in a membership or require payment.

You agree to provide accurate information and respect the privacy of other members. You may coordinate with family or other care partners only with the appropriate permission. Misuse, harassment of staff, or fraudulent payment activity may result in termination of services.

Centio is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency department.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Centio's liability arising from the service is limited to fees paid in the prior twelve months. Clinical liability rests with the providers delivering care. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or willful misconduct.

We may update these terms. We will notify members by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect.
